Join us for an afternoon of caring connection with men of all ages. We gather to nurture and restore ourselves. We gather to share our experiences, to share a song or two, to sweat and soak together, and to share a meal. All are wanted, all are welcome...exactly as you are.

This space is held by Daniel Mollner and lightly facilitated with plenty of room for group and individual input. Everything in the schedule is optional. Each man is at choice at all times and encouraged to take 100% responsibility for his experience.

See the schedule below. Arrive no later than 2:30pm (no one admitted after that time) and plan to stay until 6pm.

3:30pm Sauna sound and song healing

4:00pm Free time

4:30pm Potluck (bring a dish to share)

5:30pm Blessing circle

6:00pm Depart

/// Potluck is a shared meal with each man contributing something food or drink wise. Please bring something you have prepared yourself if possible and not a deli or take out type item. This portion of the gathering while being fun and delicious is also very intentional and making food for each other is a powerful way to nurture one another.

$25 (less than $40,000/year)

$40 ($40,000/year to $80,000/year)

$55 (more than $80,000/year)

When choosing your income level, please adjust your rate upwards if you have significant assets (own property, have a trust fund or inherited wealth, a retirement plan, etc.). Adjust your rate downwards if you have significant burdens, excessive health care costs, single-parenting, adult dependents, unusual losses, etc.
