You've been deepening your Contact practice over the years. You go in and out of the floor with relative ease. You've got the basics of lifting and being lifted down. You are drawn to expand the known Contact Universe!
Learn/explore the following:
-- Dynamic receptivity
-- Handstands (and other upside downs)
-- Preferences and non-agenda
-- Dancing from the neck up
-- Binds, throws, and take-downs
-- Organic architecture
-- Subtle energies
This 6 class series is only offered once a year so be sure to be there if you want to play and learn with an awesome group of people.
The content of this series is intended for intermediate/advanced movers. If you feel like you're just barely entering the intermediate phase of your CI growth, I say go for it! For example, take this series if you have at least completed my Basics Series (or have taken a series of classes or lessons with another instructor) and just remember that you may choose your engagement level at anytime or totally refuse a particular investigation or activity. You are always at choice in any of my classes!
Guide and facilitator Daniel Mollner. Remember to register early and save $40. You must pay for the full series and be able to make 4 of the 6 classes. No drop-ins.

Contact Improvisation is an embodied exploration that can be done solo or with others. It explores movement, stillness, going in and out of touch, and shared weight shifting/exchange from barely perceptible to full body. It's up to each individual. You are always at choice! Follow your curiosity and pleasure while listening to and respecting the body-based cues (or verbal requests) of others. Please take 100% responsibility for your experience and your own health and safety.
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Please no jeans, belt buckles, wrist watches, bracelets, or other jewelry that can snag or poke. This is a consent-based space. Every BODY is unique. All are welcome, especially People of Color, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Same-Gender Loving People, seniors, and neurodiverse. Whatever your shape, size, age, or ability you are welcome and wanted here!
